I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT having the privilege of being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #141030 (meaning I can see couples and families in addition to individuals).

I specialize in working with adults, couples, and fellow therapists. My areas of specialty include trauma, anxiety, faith, shame, communication, infidelity, and intimacy.

I see value in exploring the deeper things, at your own pace, for DEEPER HEALING.

My approach is not just about changing behaviors, it is about transformation. That is, to understand what we’re really feeling and why we do what we do as individuals or in our relationships.

Unconsciously, we often do what we think protects us in response to messages/beliefs/traumas. Behaviors that once 'protected us' may no longer serve us as adults and can lead to challenges in life. I can help you understand and rewrite the impact of family of origin.

In my work with others like you, I’ve been able to witness people’s lives transform and it’s been an absolute joy!
